Online Transfer and Postings of Government School Teachers

This e-governance scheme is the full scale implementation of Transfer and Posting of Head Masters/Assistant Educational officers, which was implemented last academic year by the Project. The latter was a huge success and it was for the first time a e-governance programme was being implemented for transfer and posting in Government Sector in Kerala. This time the scheme is for Government School teachers and the target population is about 15,000.

The vacancy details of all Government schools till 31st March is collected and is entered online. The applicant has to take printout of the application and submit to HM for verification. After verification of claim by HM/DD the claim will be published in website for verification. After this, the data will be processed and transfer and posting will be allotted to be eligible candidate on the basis of existing norms. The Transfer and posting of teachers is made entirely on merit of seniority and without any external intervention

Detailed process

The vacancy list in schools will be uploaded by DDE in a prescribed format

The applicant can register online and submit all his relevant details in form published in website along with an user id and password

The applicant can take print out and submit to HM of the concerned schools for verification

DDE after verification and scrutiny will correct and approve the application o line

After scrutiny the transfer list is published on website based entirely on Service details.

The General Education department has launched a website for the smooth and fair conduct of the transfer and postings online. The website will have options to find vacancies and fill your choice of schools.
